OBAIR Marches Toward Global Brand: Expansion, Global Layout & IPO Restart

Against fierce industry competition and market involution, OBAIR Air Conditioning has maintained double-digit growth for years amid downturns. As a national high-tech enterprise, national green factory and national "Little Giant" enterprise, OBAIR dominates high-end purification fields including hospitals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, semiconductors and new energy.

In June 2026, OBAIR’s East China Headquarters R&D and Production Base in Haiyan, Zhejiang, will start construction. With a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan and covering 200 mu, the 200,000-square-meter base integrates intelligent manufacturing, R&D and zero-carbon factory demonstration, greatly shortening delivery cycles for East China customers.

OBAIR is building a nationwide manufacturing network covering North, Central, South, Southwest and Northwest China. Globally, it has set up overseas offices in Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam, and partnered with Kazakhstan. The Thailand manufacturing base is on the agenda, with future plants planned in Hungary and Mexico.

Following its debut at the South Africa HVAC Exhibition, OBAIR has built global project references. Upon the stable operation of the East China base, OBAIR will restart its IPO process, accelerating the stride from "China’s OBAIR" to "World’s OBAIR" and striving to become a world-class HVAC brand.
