On May 19, OBAIR held a simple yet solemn groundbreaking ceremony for its East China Headquarters Base in Haiyan, Jiaxing. Chairman Zhan Jun led management and East China sales elites to complete the ritual, marking a key milestone for the brand.

The R&D and production base costs RMB 1.5 billion with 200,000 ㎡ floor space, integrating smart workshops, R&D center and zero-carbon lighthouse factory. It will form a dual-core layout with Ganzhou factory to shorten local delivery and serve as a global expansion platform.

The base enables localized R&D, production and service, shifting OBAIR from equipment supplier to full-scenario cleanroom solution provider for biotech, semiconductor and new energy industries.

Frontline sales gained solid market confidence with local production capacity. Against industry stock competition, OBAIR’s counter-cyclic investment targets high-end manufacturing demand gaps.
