OBAIR Air Handling Units are widely used in clean air conditioning systems, commercial air conditioning systems, and industrial ventilation systems. Correct assembly is a crucial step to ensure that the units do not leak air, operate stably, and have a longer lifespan. To facilitate the use of on-site engineers, installation teams, and overseas projects, this article provides standard assembly steps + professional Chinese-English guide.

Arrange each functional section Arrange each functional section of the unit according to the connection diagram.

Remove the accessory box Remove the accessory box from the unit (usually located in the filter section or fan section). The accessory box contains: bolts, sponge, and structural adhesive.

Attach sealing sponge Attach the sponge around the connection areas of each functional section to ensure a tight fit with the unit.

Connect and tighten sections Use the bolts provided in the accessory box to connect the functional sections (base and top panels). Tighten the bolts with a wrench to prevent air leakage.

Final inspection After connection, check for any omissions and ensure all bolts are properly tightened.

Take out documents Open the electrical control box and remove the document bag. The bag contains: certificate of conformity, electrical schematic diagram, and key to the control box.
