Correct assembly is a crucial step to ensure that the units do not leak air, operate stably, and have a longer lifespan.   • Arrange each functional section
    Arrange each functional section of the unit according to the connection diagram.
  • Remove the accessory box
    Remove the accessory box from the unit (usually located in the filter section or fan section).
    The accessory box contains: bolts, sponge, and structural adhesive.
  • Attach sealing sponge
    Attach the sponge around the connection areas of each functional section to ensure a tight fit with the unit.
  • Connect and tighten sections
    Use the bolts provided in the accessory box to connect the functional sections (base and top panels).
    Tighten the bolts with a wrench to prevent air leakage.
  • Final inspection
    After connection, check for any omissions and ensure all bolts are properly tightened.
  • Take out documents
    Open the electrical control box and remove the document bag.
    The bag contains: certificate of conformity, electrical schematic diagram, and key to the control box.
